SENCO admin services

We provide SENCO admin services to all schools for short-term support during periods of increased workload.




What services do our SENCO admin team provide?

Our SENCO admin team provide a broad range of services to assist a SENCO in fulfilling their role. As the role of a SENCO involves many aspects it is not possible to name all of the services we offer. Examples of the services we can provide include:

  • Assisting with paperwork
  • Parent and carer liaison
  • Liaising with professionals
  • Collating background information and reports
  • Attending meetings
  • Self-audit frameworks
  • Reviews
  • Supporting, completing and reviewing individual education plans (IEPs) and provision maps
  • Supporting the SENCO with increased workloads
  • Co-ordinating screenings, assessments or provision
  • Compiling evidence towards Access Arrangement applications
  • Social, emotional and mental health (SEMH) monitoring

Who is in our SENCO admin team?

Our SENCO admin team includes specialist support workers who have experience with both SEND and education, advised by one of our qualified SENCOs or inclusion managers.




Is there a minimum contract for SENCO admin services?

Our SENCO admin services are available for all levels of admin needs, meaning that contracts can be created on a short-term basis or as ongoing support depending on the level required.

Our SENCO admin services assist SENCOs in fulfilling their role within a school. There are many tasks our team can support with depending on the SENCO's request.
