Who we work with?

Do we work with individuals?

We work with individuals, but we do not accept referrals from individuals without the association of an education setting, organisation or charity.



Do we work with schools?

We work with all types of schools, including:

  • Mainstream primary schools
  • Mainstream secondary schools
  • SEN schools
  • Pupil referral units (PRUs)
  • Academies and academy trusts
  • Independent schools
  • Free schools


Which education settings do we work with?

We work with all education settings, including:

  • Early years settings
  • Schools
  • Residential settings
  • Post-16 education settings

Do we have part-time jobs available?

We offer flexible working, including part-time and term-time working only for specific roles. Our job adverts will specify whether the role can be part-time, term-time or full-time.

Our approach

Do we work with other professionals?

We work with a broad range of professionals to provide a joined-up multidisciplinary service. Find out more about who we work with.



Do we work with groups?

We provide group work within education settings. We also provide training to groups from all areas of expertise and background.



Do we follow an assess, plan, do, review approach?

Our specialists follow an assess, plan, do, review approach as mentioned in the SEND code of practice (2015). There are occasions when all four stages are not completed by ourselves, but continued by an education setting or alternative professional. Read more about our approach.



Do we work with people who are seeing other professionals?

We carry out unrelated work with children and young people who are seeing other professionals, for example a child who is seeing a therapist for anxiety can also see us for occupational therapy support for their handwriting.
