How do we work with case managers?

We work in partnership with case managers in keeping with the rehabilitation code (2015) to help injured claimants to make the best and quickest possible recovery in various aspects of their lives. Our assessments allow rehabilitation measures to be put in place at the earliest possible opportunity.

The Code's purpose is to help the injured claimant make the best and quickest possible medical, social, vocational and psychological recovery. This means ensuring that his or her need for rehabilitation is assessed and addressed as a priority, and that the process is pursued on a collaborative basis.
