Support services

We provide support services to complement our specialist multidisciplinary team to all education settings for education and health needs.




Which support services do we provide?

Our support services include therapy and support assistants for a broad range of education and health needs. Examples of the services provided include:

  • Interventions
  • Mentoring
  • 1-to-1 support
  • Screening

Support services are a cost effective way to receive high quality support for low level areas of need.




Who is in our support team?

Our support team have a broad range of skills and experience. Members of our support team include:

  • Specialist health support workers
  • Specialist social, emotional and mental health (SEMH) support workers
  • Special educational needs and/or disabilities (SEND) teaching assistants
  • SEND therapy assistants
  • Speech and language therapy (SLT) assistants
  • Occupational therapy (OT) assistants
  • Physiotherapy assistants
  • School nurse assistants
  • SEMH teaching assistants
  • Assistant psychologists

Our support team are supervised by the wider EHP team, including; therapists, psychologists and specialist teachers.

Our support services provide education settings with a high quality and cost effective service which is supervised by EHP's professionals.

Support services provide ongoing, long-term or recurrent services at an achievable cost to education settings. Our support services facilitate a consistent presence within education settings.

All education settings can use our support services as we work in:

  • Schools
  • Early years settings
  • Post-16 settings
  • Higher education settings (non-medical help as part of the Disabled Students' Allowance)
  • Residential settings
