All of our education and health professionals are members of professional bodies. Professional memberships include organisations which regulate professionals, and others which specialise in professional development.





What does RCN mean?

RCN means 'Royal College of Nursing'.




What is the RCN?

The RCN is a trade union and membership organisation for nurses, student nurses, health care assistants and midwives.




What does the RCN do?

In addition to trade union support, the RCN also carries out work in relation to nursing standards, education and practice.
